Scholarships
This program provides international students with scholarships for technical training programs lasting up to three years, offered outside the Montréal Metropolitan Community (MMC) region. It is funded by Québec’s Ministry of Higher Education (MES).
Tous les boursiers obtiennent :
- a CA$14,000 scholarship per year
- an exemption from the additional international tuition fees
health insurance coverage from the Québec Health Insurance Board (RAMQ)
To be eligible for this program, you must meet the admission criteria and submit a complete application. The scholarship program includes two streams:

The first stream is open to applicants from all countries except France.

The second stream is reserved for African students from full member countries of the Organisation internationale de la Francophonie or from Algeria.
Eligible countries include: Algeria, Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cabo Verde, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Comoros, Republic of the Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Côte d’Ivoire, Djibouti, Egypt, Gabon, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Equatorial Guinea, Madagascar, Mali, Morocco, Mauritius, Mauritania, Niger, São Tomé and Príncipe, Senegal, Seychelles, Chad, Togo, and Tunisia.

To apply, you must first be admitted to a CEGEP. The designated staff at your CEGEP will provide you with the application form. Scholarships are limited and awarded based on academic excellence.
