The Double DEC is a study program that combines two pre-university college programs. Due to the nature of the curriculum, and although it requires three years of study (compared to standard pre-university programs which require two years), a Double DEC remains a pre-university program and is not intended for direct entry into the job market.

Students who choose to pursue a Double DEC are usually interested in more than one field of study. Some may not have fully decided on their academic path and hope that this dual program will allow them to continue exploring their options through exposure to a wide range of disciplines during their college studies.

To be eligible for this program, applicants must meet the admission requirements for both pre-university programs being combined.
