DCS Social Science : Discovery option
This profile allows students to explore Social Sciences by first being introduced to all the disciplines within the field, before selecting more specialized courses in their second year from among these disciplines.
About the program
Students will receive support from their teachers to help them choose courses that will inspire and motivate them.
The courses in the Discovery profile will also help you clarify your college or university study plans by developing a better understanding of yourself, giving meaning to your academic journey. This profile also offers the opportunity to complete the university prerequisites required by certain programs, and therefore prepares you for studies in a wide range of university programs, such as education, criminology, law, psychology, or international studies.
